Jr / Sr. Plant Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operation and Monitoring: Oversee the DMS equipment, ensuring it's functioning correctly and efficiently. This includes managing the flow of materials and monitoring key parameters like density and separation efficiency.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Conduct tests to ensure the separation process meets quality standards and adjust parameters as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Data Logging: Keep detailed records of operations, including production rates, material characteristics, and any incidents that occur.
• Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to optimize operations.

Preferred candidate profile :- Chemical Engineer with experience in chemical manufacturing industry.
