Guitcom - Deputy Chief Financial Officer - CA (8-10 yrs)

- We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Financial Reporting and FP&A Project Manager to lead a consulting firm's analyst team delivering projects for international clients.

- Candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant and have at least 4 years experience in leading a team, with proven skills in agile project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage financial reporting and FP&A projects for international clients.

- Develop and implement agile project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

- Oversee financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.

- Utilise and implement process and technology accelerators to achieve high productivity, cost efficiency and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Proven experience in agile project management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
