The outdoor recreation industry includes fishing, wildlife, boating, water sports, snow sports, hunting, ATV, hiking,
and biking. We are starting with fishing vertically in the outdoor recreation industry. The product manager will
work with professional guides throughout the United States and enthusiasts in all fishing varieties.
Position Title: Video Designer (Marketing)
Were looking for a skilled video editor to work in both short and long formats, taking footage shot by production
teams and editing it based on project specs. After showing a rough draft to stakeholders, theyll be responsible for
implementing project notes. The finished product will represent the best of the company and the video editors
skill. Responsibilities:
• Edit short- and long-form videos for website and social media accounts.
• Take charge of video ideation and creation.
• Ensure videos meet the marketing teams specifications and guidelines.
• Offer customers peerless digital experiences.
• Evaluate projects for brand authenticity, Strong project management skill.
• Edits videos to targeted length and specifications.
• Excellent in Browsing Through Raw Footage.
• Handles and organizes raw and edited video files. • Organize And Backup All Video Assets.
• Exports videos and facilitates mobile and web distribution.
• Input Music, Dialogues, Graphics And Effects.
• Explores different versions and directions. • Adjust formats and file sizes as needed.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Familiarity with video editing software like Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop,
Lightroom).
• Capacity to communicate effectively.
• Ability to pick out attention-grabbing shots.
• Attention to detail & Excellent storytelling skills. • Knowledge of basic editing principles.
• Ability to work with multi-track split audio. • Knowledge of aspect ratios.
• Experience with high-resolution file transfer applications.
• Understanding of video encoding formats.
• Bachelors or master’s degree in film, Designing or related field.
• Minimum Five years of experience in high-end video creating, editing & and post-production.
