Guest Relation Executive(GRE)

Guest Experience Management

• Familiarize with guest preferences, names, and seating arrangements (especially regular and priority guests).
• Provide a warm and professional welcome, assist with queries, and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest interactions via various communication channels and ensure their satisfaction with the brand experience.

Operational Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the reception area, including organizing supplies, updating documentation, and cleanliness.
• Support restaurant operations by assisting in setting up special events and addressing operational challenges (e.g., spillages, intruders).

Team Collaboration and Training

• Build positive working relationships with staff, suppliers, and guests.
• Provide on-the-job support and assist in training new employees, while also participating in personal skill development through training sessions.

Knowledge and Professionalism

• Study and master the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and punctuality, adhering to professional presentation policies.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including fire safety, food hygiene, liquor licensing, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain vigilance regarding the security of the premises and ensure all activities comply with operational policies and legislation.
