Assistant Manager / Senior Legal Officer

We are looking for a Legal Officer for Chennai Office

QUALIFICATION : Law Graduation from TamilNadu Government recognised University.

AGE : Upto 40 years.

EXPERIENCES : Minimum 5 Years of experience in Legal Profession and as well
as Real Estate based organisation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing Flow chart & Legal Queries for the New Purchase of Land.
• Drafting all deeds, vetting the deeds Sale Deed, Agreement for sale, Power of Attorney, Indemnity Bond, Mortgage Deed, Memorandum of Understanding, and Joint Development Agreement in related with the properties.
• Coordinating with Vendors for the legal queries for new land purchase.
• Coordinating with Government Authorities Like DTCP, CMDA, Sub Registrar, DRO, BDO.
• Attending the meeting with Police officials incase of dispute raise in the project.
• Coordinating with other Bank people and any other financial sectors for MODT and APF purpose.
• Coordinating with other Joint Ventures Parties.
• Coordinating with other department like Liasioning, Sales, Marketing, HR, CRM .
• Attending Court Matters & Coordinating with an External Advocates.
• Updating daily works to Head of the Department.
• to have an ability to work under pressure in any circumstances.
• Giving Legal assistance to develop company policy and position required.
