Senior Odoo Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Python programming and hands-on experience with the Odoo framework, particularly versions 10, 14, and 16. Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and applications based on company specifications and business requirements.
• Customize and extend existing Odoo modules to enhance system capabilities and address company needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Odoo modules to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo features, functionalities, and development trends, incorporating them into project solutions as appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and team meetings to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support company with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as an Odoo Developer.
• Expertise in Odoo framework, including ORM, API integration, and customization of core modules.
• Proficiency in Python programming language, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL, with experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members.
• Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
