Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultant

- We are seeking dynamic and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultants for one of our Big 4 clients.

- The role involves working on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, integrations, and module-specific expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

For Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Role :

- Lead and execute Oracle Fusion HCM module implementations, focusing on configuration and technical aspects.

- Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, or REST APIs.

- Customize and enhance HCM modules using tools like BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and OTBI.

- Perform data migration activities and ensure seamless data flow between modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and system efficiency.

For Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Role :

- Conduct end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM module implementations, specifically for Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

- Configure, test, and support HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyzing business processes, and providing functional solutions.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for HCM modules like Payroll, OTL, Core HR, Benefits, and Absence Management.

- Deliver functional designs for enhancements and support configuration changes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Oracle HCM modules deliver business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Role :

- 4-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations.

- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP, and other web services.

- Proficiency in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, and Fast Formula.

- Hands-on experience in data migration, customization, and extension of Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Functional Role :

- 4-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM functional implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

- Experience in configuring and supporting HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation.

- Expertise in functional requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.

- Experience working with global teams and projects.

- Prior experience in a Big 4 consulting environment is a plus.
