Role: Technical Product Manager

Experience: 8+ Yrs

Work Location: Gurugram / Noida / Hyderabad / Pune

Skills: Product Management, Agile process & tools (JIRA/confluence), Ecommerce/ Retail domain exp. preferred.

Note: We are seeking candidates who can be available to join us immediately or within a maximum of 15 days.

Role & responsibilities

• Leads a product team of 8-10 people utilizing Agile principles.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions with the teams Scrum Master, and other Product Analysts to understand the business vision and create plans and objectives for the upcoming PI.
• Work with the team during the PI on the backlog of work for each iteration delivering value in 2-week Agile Sprints.
• Works closely with Product Managers and other Product Owners to understand and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Represents the customer in sprints to the delivery teams and provides sprint prioritization to ensure technology alignment with business priorities & strategies.
• Provides customer service to our technology and business partners for on-boarding, adoption, and documentation.
• Measure and report on the value provided by the Product team offerings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on product priority, delivery, and adoption.
• Contributes back to the overall roadmap and prioritized backlog.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech) with 6+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management role, prior experience as Product Owner is mandatory.
• Must be able to demonstrate data driven decision making and prioritization of product and strategic decision making.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in Jira, creating user stories, defining and managing backlog items in Jira is preferred.
• Deep understanding and experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Should have flexibility to work with US counterpart with few hours of overlapping on need basis
• Retail Warehouse management operations domain experience / understanding is preferred.
