• Expertise in SOTI MDM solutions, including device enrollment, configuration, security policies, app management, and remote troubleshooting.
• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware (POS, printers, computers, etc.) and software issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure management tools.
• Proficiency in patch management, software deployment, and security updates.
• Experience in managing and patching Windows and macOS systems, POS systems, and network devices
• Expertise in using ManageEngine tools for patch management, IT asset management, and system monitoring.
• Solid experience with Active Directory management and automation using AD Manager Plus.
