Job Description

GSK Solutions Inc., a leading US staffing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floor management, Indian payroll management, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in fostering a productive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR strategies with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on the office floor, ensuring productivity, adherence to company policies, and a collaborative work environment.
• Indian Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, including salary computations, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and timely disbursement for the Indian team.
• HR Operations: Handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding processes.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company objectives.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving grievances, promoting engagement, and driving retention initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance review processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR roles with a strong focus on floor management and Indian payroll handling.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools and payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
