Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Management Executive with a strong background in Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and coordination across multiple departments to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management:
   
• Oversee procurement of domestic and imported mechanical components.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for import materials, ensuring procurement aligns with customer projections (3-4 months in advance).
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
2. Material Planning:
   
• Lead monthly, weekly, and daily procurement scheduling using SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Conduct daily/weekly reviews of PR lines and manage open POs, inventory reports, and rescheduling.
3. Inventory Control:
   
• Monitor and analyze inventory to minimize slow-moving and non-moving parts, reducing excess stock.
• Evaluate Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements and address issues leading to excess inventory.
• Identify and address discrepancies in material receipts against requirements.
4. Coordination & Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with design, planning, production, and quality departments to ensure seamless operations and material availability.
• Ensure material availability aligns with batch production and mass production schedules.
