Shift Manager ( Automotive only )

Role & responsibilities

1 .Hold production lines accountable to ensure compliance with published schedule , tact time/ hourly rates and quality standard .
2.Reduces controlled down time verify completion and accuracy of all production reporting including SAP scanning transaction and paperwork .
3.)Responsible to ensure quality procedure and work instructions being followed by production operators ,participate in corrective action and process improvement meeting (Red Table)and work with the line leaders operators to reduce the scrap & quality issues
4. Responsible for training to ensure all production employee understand proper operations , work instruction , quality procedure ,and safety instructions.
5. Supervisors are responsible to communicate to staff members and employees . Supervisor are expected to after suggestions for improvement to process & quality . Responsible to fill out required production reports correctly .
6. Responsible to ensure housekeeping rules and to set good samples to employee as per Grupo 5 S standards . In addition are responsible to ensure all material in place in proper area with tag, labels, and paperwork
7 , Responsible to enforce all safety rules and regulations to provide safety requirements to operators to report any unsafe conditions and production manager
8 Good knowledge of SAP,IATF , EMS ,SMED
