SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Consultant

Role & responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong focus on customizations and user support. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Customizations:

1. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules to meet business requirements.

2. Develop and implement custom solutions using SAP's ABAP programming language.

3. Design and configure financial reporting structures, including charts of accounts, financial statement versions, and account determination.

User Support:

1. Provide level 2 and level 3 support for SAP FI/CO users.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data inconsistencies, and user errors.

3. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.

Implementation and Project Management:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions.

2. Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment.

3. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA innovations and new features.

2. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices.

3. Collaborate with other SAP teams (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM) to ensure integrated solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential:

1. 3-4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO consulting.

2. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

3. Experience with SAP's ABAP programming language.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.

Desirable:

1. Certification in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO or equivalent.

2. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or on-premises implementations.

3. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM).

4. Experience with agile project methodologies.

5. Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
