Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vendor payments, including payment follow-up and reconciliations.
  
• Prepare TDS returns (TDS filing) on a monthly basis.
  
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  
• Calculate taxes owed by vendors and manage vendor relationships.
  
• Ensure timely submission of GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)

Job Responsibilities :-

• Scrutinize overseas purchase invoices and entry.
• Preparing and raise tax invoices on overseas agents.
• Accounts reconciliation with overseas agents and follow-up for payments.
• GST entries pertaining to overseas agents sales and purchases.

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

• Should be organized and function independently.
• Should have proficiency in advanced excel
