Job Summary:
The Showroom Manager will lead the operations of our jewelry showroom, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, managing a high-performing team, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the jewelry sector, strong leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including staff management and sales performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Train, mentor, and supervise showroom staff, promoting a positive team environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute showroom promotions and events.
• Monitor financial performance and manage inventory levels efficiently.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

• HSC and Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry or relevant retail sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
