Position: Floor Manager
Experience: 6+ years

Qualifications: HSC & Any Degree

Job Summary:

The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the jewelry industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities on the sales floor, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing expert product knowledge and support.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Organize in-store promotions and maintain attractive merchandising displays.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking efforts with the showroom manager.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales targets, new products, and performance updates.

Qualifications:

• HSC and Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry or relevant-retail sectors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
