We are working with a growing global AI startup to hire an HR Manager who will oversee the end-to-end HR function. This role is integral to the company's growth journey and will work closely with the core leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives, build a strong organizational culture, and scale HR processes to align with global business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have experience in global startups, managing diverse and geographically distributed teams, and leading HR functions in high-growth environments. A key focus will be on talent retention, engagement, and fostering a cohesive work environment across borders.
This is a Managerial level role and needs someone who has managed HR for a 200 people organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives across global locations.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Drive strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent globally, ensuring high engagement levels.
- Performance Management: Implement robust performance management systems, compensation frameworks, and employee development initiatives.
- Organizational Culture: Build and integrate a strong organizational culture across diverse teams.
- Global HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR laws and regulations across multiple geographies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership to convert business goals into actionable HR plans, while keeping stakeholders informed of key organizational changes.
To Fit the Bill, You Must Have:
- 8-12 Years of HR Leadership Experience, preferably post-MBA.
- Proven experience in global startups or scaling teams in high-growth companies.
- Expertise in managing remote, diverse teams across different time zones.
- Strong background in HR strategy, organizational development and talent engagement.
- Deep understanding of global HR policies, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with leadership and employees across geographies.
Location: This role is office based and requires the candidate to relocate to or work from Chandigarh or Bangalore.
