Senior Product Manager - Cricket/Betting Platform

JD:

- We are currently retained by a leading mobile gaming company with almost 100 million users globally. This gaming company is looking to hire seasoned Senior Product Manager to scale up their Cricket/Betting Platform from 1 to 10X. The person will spearhead the strategy roadmap development and execution for their Cricket game offerings.

- As a Senior Product Manager you will lead and execute the product roadmap, driving consumer growth, engagement, and retention for Fantasy games, Live Fantasy, and Opinion Trading.

- The role is based out of their headquarters in Bangalore and offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders.

- Please note only product managers with strong expertise on leading cricket/betting games would be considered for this role.

The primary responsibilities would include:

- Develop, strengthen, and scale the Sports Engagement Game offerings which include Fantasy, Live Fantasy & Opinion Trading.

- Deeply understand customer needs, identify product gaps, and create innovative solutions to grow market share and enhance customer experience.

- Prioritise features based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.

- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact product solutions and develop effective pricing and positioning strategies.

- Analyse daily performance metrics to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.

- Leverage machine learning to personalise product experiences and drive growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 5+ years' experience in Product Management for Fantasy sports/Opinion trading/Prediction gaming.

- Strong understanding of ML for personalization and problem-solving.

- Experienced in data-driven, metrics-focused environments.

- Proven track record in leading product initiatives and managing teams.

- Must have led product for a company that has had 1 to 10X growth
