Job Description Growth Marketing Manager.
Role Type: Full time, On-Site. (No Remote/Hybrid).
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Office Location: Printo Bommanahalli office Printo Support Office.
Experience: 3-6 Years.
Education: MBA candidates preferred.
Someone who has experience in driving sales operations/marketing operations on the ground will be ideal.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, data-driven Growth Marketing Professional who will drive acquisitions, engagement and retention of SMB businesses for Printo.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy and Execution:.
- Develop and execute strategies for SMB user acquisition, retention and engagement across offline and online channels.
- Optimize CAC and drive consistent improvements in lead-to-conversion metrics by driving changes on ground at the stores and centre.
- Build scalable performance marketing channels, including search, social media, telemarketing and email/whatsapp outreach.
Marketing Automation & Data Analytics:
- Implement and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows to maximize customer LTV.
- Leverage analytics to track performance, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions.
Partnerships - Collaborate with B2B partners to expand reach.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years in Marketing/Sales Operations with 2+ years in growth marketing and an MBA is preferred.
- We are specifically looking for candidates who have some past experience of driving sales/marketing operations and activations on the ground.
- This role would involve working with the store teams to drive significant changes.
- Technical Skills: Experience with customer engagement platforms like MoEngage or Clevertap and analytics tools like Zoho, Leadsquared.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
- Leadership: Self-starter with ownership mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS or SMB-focused organisations, preference for someone who has worked in a high growth environment.
