Group Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:
  
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, helping them develop their skills, set objectives, and drive product initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define and align individual and team goals with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Strategy & Vision:
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and drive innovation to ensure the product meets both user expectations and business goals.
• Prioritize initiatives and make trade-offs to ensure the most impactful work is being delivered on time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute on the product roadmap and ensure successful product launches.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable product plans.
• Lead regular meetings and communication across teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and key milestones.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  
• Use data and customer insights to guide product decisions and continuously iterate on features.
• Establish and track metrics to measure product performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Product Lifecycle Management:
  
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch support, ensuring successful execution at each stage.
• Manage product backlogs, ensuring that features are prioritized based on business value and customer impact.
• Continuously assess and improve product development processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience:
  
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers and working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
