Job Description:

• Able to deliver SLAs.
• Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis.
• Manage operations through end-to-end volume planning, process document review and root cause analysis.
• Assist with new team member training and ramp monitoring.
• Ensure Attrition and Shrinkage targets are met.
• Review overall staff performance.
• Manage process KPI, Dashboards and Metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Denial management is preferred.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification.
