Senior Manager - Business Process Excellence - Home Finance

Prime Objective of this role is to provide strategy, Product and Process support to business team with focus on improving process efficiency and business velocity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet project plan dates within the scope of the established deliverables as set forth by the line of business

Continuously work with IT and business process excellence team to develop and improve customer journeys, Internal Process Flows and IT Architectures.

Work with large data sets to develop customer and process insights to continuously innovate product, value proposition and pricing strategies

Designing and implementing innovative strategies and tools to increase XSell Asset
business using the power of data analytics for finding business and sales opportunities

Creates SOPs and develop effective training models and process for faster adaptation of new policy and process changes to improve First time right rates.

Conduct regular voice of customer and voice of employee campaigns to identify

challenges, problems and best practice to continuously re-engineer the processes to
improve operational efficiencies.

Continuously work on Digital transformation strategy and integration in all process from channel/call centre to lead, leads to login; login to disbursal processes by all stakeholders

Monitor and Manage all Disbursed cases OTC and Encashment process with close tracking of sales and customer communication and efforts.

Ensuring publishing of periodic MIS / Reports /Analysis as per business requirement

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE

Post Graduate

5+ Year of work experience with atleast 2+ years in Affordable HL-LAP

Experience of Retail asset lending product

Strong exposure of working with data analytics

Experience of working on Process Re-Engineering and Customer Journey Projects
