Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a Go-to-Market strategy, engaging directly with potential clients to identify opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and reporting daily/weekly progress to the manager.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
• Travel extensively within the designated region to meet potential customers and partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
