Senior Analyst - Data Visualization Tools (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Deeply understand the manufacturing processes and data sources of our clients, including but not limited to production data, quality control data, and maintenance data.

- Conduct in-depth data exploration, analysis, and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Develop and implement data cleaning and transformation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.

- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to generate actionable insights and build predictive models.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor data quality.

- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

- Develop and present data-driven reports and presentations to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and internal teams.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing data analysis processes and develop new analytical approaches.

- Expertise in Python (Pandas) and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Strong understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, consumer products, or related industry.

- Proven experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus.

- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
