Blockchain Architect - Golang/Node.js (8-13 yrs)

Job Description :

GRID is looking for a Blockchain Architect to design and scale the foundational coordination layer for DePIN. In this role, you will architect decentralized infrastructure that seamlessly integrates multiple DePIN networks. Responsibilities :

- Architect the overall technical structure, ensuring blockchain, backend, and frontend components integrate seamlessly.

- Design modular and scalable systems for future-proofing, such as treasury expansion or adding new DePIN protocols.

- Ensure cross-chain interoperability using Wormhole or similar protocols.

- Collaborate with financial engineers to implement treasury mechanics, including NAV computation, smart swaps, and rebalancing logic.

- Align technical implementation with tokenomics models. Oversee security frameworks for smart contracts, APIs, and backend systems.

- Establish standards for anomaly detection (e.g., unusual treasury shifts or oracle manipulations).

- Act as a bridge between blockchain developers, backend engineers, frontend teams, and financial experts.

- Define and enforce development standards and best practices across teams.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, driving best practices in blockchain development, code review, and quality assurance

- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations to communicate complex concepts and design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Analyzing the needs, resources, and problems of the company and providing necessary solutions.

- Working with open-source projects and codebases.

- Keeping up with current blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for blockchain security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master Degree in Engineering, IT ,Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification.

- 10+ years of overall experience in Software Development

- 5+ years of Hands-on experience with the development and implementation of blockchain solutions and DePIN solutions

- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, protocols and consensus algorithms

- Proven track record of delivering blockchain projects from concept to production

- Experience with rust or golang and node.js must.

- Knowledge in Java & C++ , python

- Strong back-end skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project deliverables to completion.
