Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the ICSE syllabus for primary grades.
• Ensure lessons are age-appropriate and cater to varied learning styles.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Resource Development:

• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and activities to enhance language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Integrate creative methods, such as storytelling, role-playing, and multimedia tools.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and ICSE curriculum changes.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and school events as required.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with fellow teachers and administrative staff to support the overall academic goals.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school activities.
