Mechanical Design Engineer

Create detailed 2D and 3D designs and drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Develop prototypes and test new designs.
Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, process sheets, and manuals.
Generate and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for projects.
Present design concepts and progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements in design processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Innovate and develop new product ideas to meet market demands.
Modify and refine designs to meet customer requirements and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and procurement to ensure project success.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new designs.
Perform structural and thermal analysis of designs to ensure integrity and performance.
