Role & responsibilities
- Identify and document defects and deviations from quality standards
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement solutions and prevent recurrence
- Prepare reports and documentation related to quality control activities.
- CRM Attend and resolution
- Travelling to complain site for resolution.
