The Blue Mantis Senior System Administrator works closely with users in all departments to drive adoption of the company s Computing Devices and Office Productivity technology products. This position develops an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing departments and users and seeks to collaboratively and innovatively develop effective solutions.
Responsible for working closely with the Blue Mantis end user community on innovative and effective use of the company s diverse End User Computing, Office Productivity & Collaboration investments.
Responsible for training (formally and informally) end users on Blue Mantis EUC, Office Productivity and Collaboration technologies.
Responsible, but not limited to the following technologies, support systems and operational processes:
Office Productivity Technologies: MS Office, Teams, Zoom, WebEx, SharePoint.
Manage lifecycle of End User Devices: PCs, MAC, Notebooks, Tablets, and other associated technologies.
Manage backups, Administer/Manage Active Directory on premises and Azure.
Administer O365 and perform maintenance as needed.
Supporting Managed Services Operations Center and Help Desk.
Zscaler
Delinea Privileged Access Manager.
Endpoint protection applications, such as Sophos.
Remote deployment tools, such as Manage Engine.
Desktop imaging tools, Microsoft MDT.
Assist with audit process.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Mathematics or Engineering Discipline.
6+ years delivering end user support in an Information Technology, Technology Consulting and or Application Development group.
Demonstrated ability to creatively work with end users to drive their efficiency Quality and ability to service customers.
Strong Scripting skills.
Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with others both within the company and outside vendors on complex, time sensitive, initiatives and projects.
