The ideal candidate will have experience working with AWS RDS, Databricks, and database migration tools, along with expertise in performance tuning, data replication, and automation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Current Role: Senior DBA, Database Engineer, or Database Architect with

• Must-Have Skills: PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, AWS Databricks, AWS DMS,
• Performance Tuning, High Availability.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, OpenSearch (ELK Stack) for
• logging and caching.
• Mindset: Proactive, security-first approach, data integrity advocate, and strong
• troubleshooting skills.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and ability to work independently with
• cross-functional teams.
