Regional Sales Manager | HQ - Kolkata | East & North East

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance across assigned regions (North & East) to achieve business objectives.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for modern trade channels, including primary and secondary sales.
  
• Build strong relationships with distributors, handle channel partners effectively, and drive territory development.
  
• Oversee distribution management activities such as stock replenishment, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in FMCG Sales (Food)
• Work experience in East & North East Region
• Proven track record in managing large teams with diverse skill sets.
• Strong understanding of Distribution Channel Sales, General Trade, Modern Trade, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Distributor Handling.
• Good Computer Skills (MS Office, PPTs etc)
