We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns, especially Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ads and posts.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing is a plus.
