Through the development and maintenance of solid customer relationships, problem-solving, and ongoing process improvement, the CRM will be essential in guaranteeing client pleasure, loyalty, and retention. Role & responsibilities

1- Loyalty: To improve customer loyalty and retention, put loyalty campaigns and programs into action.

2- Concern management: Help internal teams promptly and properly handle and address consumer complaints and concerns.

3- Retention: Report on client retention and satisfaction regularly.

4- Feedback: Examine feedback and data to find trends and areas for improvement.

5- Team management: Work together with the marketing, sales, and product teams to provide customer service from a single source.

6- Activities: Arrange and take part in customer events, webinars, and other engagement-focused activities.

7- Planning: Create effective plans for communicating with customers.
