Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's products and services
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations based on those needs
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Achieve sales targets and objectives
