Mobile App Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile and web application development using Flutter, along with expertise in backend technologies to build scalable, robust, and efficient systems. This role requires end-to-end development capabilities, including frontend UI/UX, backend services, database management, and deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Mobile Developer with hands-on solutions experience, functional/technical design
• Problems solving based on business need, will work with multiple teams including application development, infrastructure and test teams to develop software solutions to business problems
• Responsible for requirements analysis, process flows, design documents and coordination with development teams to implement solutions
• Responsible for analyzing requirements, prioritizing tasks and developing technical specifications to meet business requirements.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Designing, coding, debugging and deploying applications
• Create and test software prototypes
• Develop client displays and user interfaces
• Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems.
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
• Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on-budget.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships for COTS systems. Ensure that the COTS systems are upgraded in a timely fashion

Job requirements

• Technical know-how and experience in IT Apps solutioning such as (but not limited to):-
• a) Should have working experience as a Full Stack Developer on Flutter (frontend) and Microsoft .Net platform (Backend) and MS SQL Database.
• b) Hands on experience in SQL Database and writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and database views and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• c) In-Depth knowledge of HTML, Web Services & Web API, RPC, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Bootstrap.
• d) Good knowledge of Mobile Apps framework to provide custom solution as per business need with Cross-Platform App Development.
• e) Should have knowledge of TFS / Azure DevOps.
• f) Experience in all phases of SDLC/End to end implementations and ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
• g) Researching on latest technologies, tools, frameworks and solutions to assess and integrate into existing systems.
• h) Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily standups.
• i) Partner with multiple functions to understand their pain-points and deliver solutions in an effective and timely manner
• j) Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to local and remote end-users (User training)
• k) Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• l) Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of applications.
• m) Experience in handling real-time machine data via M2M communication protocols like OPC, MQTT etc. Integration with both Mobile and Web applications is preferred.
• n) Should take good ownership of assigned Tasks and Adhere to Project Delivery Timelines.
• o) Understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban & Scrum) and Tools (DevOps, JIRA etc)

Qualification, Experience and Skills required:

• Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent
• 3~5 years’ experience in App Development (Mobile and Web) with demonstrated full-stack development expertise.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
