To meet sales target assigned for territory through the dealers - retail numbers on one hand and billing numbers on the other. Ensures collection of dues as per the targets that includes liasioning with financiers to get money on time. Monitored & ensured delivery of company objectives on Margin, Volume and Customer acquisition across OEM channels; developed & implemented channel strategy in alignment with market space strategy and OEM team Defined company’s objectives to the team and worked towards enhancement of profitability with volume growth as per the objectives Conducted sales forecasting and planning, analyzed trends in the workshop business, and identified areas of opportunity for the organization Performed competitive analysis to keep check on competition, imparted training to sales team & distributors involved with workshop business, generated & executed marketing offers, and so on Generating ideas & programs for promotion of products and implements the programmed to develop the market. Evaluated & rolled-out sales tools to improve efficiency; Search of prospective dealers for appointment for reqired area coverage. Arranging training programs for the dealer Personals from time to time on new product development & sales technique.
