We are looking for Senior Manager / Chief Manager - Growth and Development to increase business. Must be from hard-core sales / marketing background with prior experience in institutional sales, has previously handled PAN India business development, less than 45 years of age, willing to travel 20 days in a month.
Job Responsibility:-
- Drive overall business operations (marketing & business development) for conceptualizing & implementing sound business strategies for accomplishment of marketing targets.
- Formulate long term / short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales, conduct negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
- Direct Interaction with MD, CEO, COO, Head - HR, VP Level profile for business expansion in large corporate houses.
- Plan all meetings with the Clients for on site visit.
- Ability to follow up with clients in a timely professional manner.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing information and guidance
- Skilfully handle multiple client accounts followed by smooth execution with entire team.
- Lead a large team who are based out in various locations
- Induction and training of new marketing team member.
- Organize seminars, Conduct CME and Doctors Group Meeting in association with consultants.
- Plan individual / team goals to achieve preset targets within time, quality & cost parameters.
- Skill in effectuating business development strategies for the purpose of achieving revenue plans.
- Regular interactions with In-house consultants and hospital promotion with their support.
- Accountable for providing direction, motivation and training to own team and ensuring optimum performance.
- Candidates with self-motivation, possessing high energy levels and a desire to win are required
Skills required:
- MBA - Marketing with relvant experience or MHA with relvant experience.
- Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Open to travelling
- Versatile, dynamic, curious
- Out of the box thinking
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel, MS Office APPs.
