Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will oversee financial activities, manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding payments. A key part of the role will be maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software, managing cash flow, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, experience in payment reconciliation, and a thorough understanding of Tally ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  
• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in Tally ERP.
• Payment Follow-up:
  
• Monitor and track outstanding invoices and payments.
• Regularly communicate with clients and vendors to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize overdue payments and improve cash flow.
• Process and confirm receipt of payments, including bank reconciliations.
• Tally Knowledge:
  
• Utilize Tally ERP to manage financial transactions and generate reports.
• Maintain the Tally system for all financial records and ensure all data is updated regularly.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles while using Tally for daily financial operations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide insight into cost control, financial trends, and budget variances.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  
• Ensure financial operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax filings, reports, and statements.
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit requirements.
• Team Collaboration:
  
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
