Shift : Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 9 PM; Rotational for males)

Education : Graduate in any field.
Writing Skills : Strong English writing skills.
Experience : 1-5 Years
Preferred : Insurance experience and sales acumen

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with policy-related inquiries and claims.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
Update and maintain customer records.
Provide information on insurance products and services.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
