L1 - Insurance Process

Role & Responsibilities:

Process insurance claims and verify policyholder details.
Handle customer queries regarding insurance policies and claims.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim status.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Follow company policies and industry regulations for claim processing.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Shift : Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 9 PM; Rotational for males)

Requirements
Language Skills : Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
Education : Graduate in any field.
Writing Skills : Strong Hindi writing skills.
Certification : Veti 6 certified.
Experience : Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred : Insurance experience and sales acumen.
