Service Now Specialist

Job Summary:
As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the S2P and GRC CAM modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, configure the platform, and ensure the successful deployment of applications that enhance business processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for S2P / GRC CAM modules.
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow S2P / GRC CAM modules, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and UI policies.
Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the platform.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continually improve system capabilities.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with S2P / GRC CAM modules.
Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ServiceNow certification is a plus.
