Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls/emails.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads to achieve sales targets.

Inside Sales:

Conduct sales calls and product presentations to potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Follow up on leads promptly to convert them into opportunities and close deals.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Database Management:

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and relevant information.

Ensure data hygiene by regularly cleaning and organizing databases.

Generate reports and insights from data to improve sales performance.
