Job Description:

Grasko Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and React. The ideal candidate will have over 12 + years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong background in designing and developing scalable, high-quality web applications. We are looking for candidates who are proficient in coding and have a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and React.
• Lead the Development Process: Oversee the development lifecycle from planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Architect and Design Solutions: Develop and implement architecture and design patterns for scalable applications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers.
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:
• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java (Spring Framework, Hibernate).
• Strong hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
