Responsibilities:
Layout and Design: Create and design visually appealing layouts for various print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, and advertisements, using desktop publishing software
Typography and Formatting: Apply proper typography techniques, including font selection, size, spacing, and alignment, to ensure clear and readable text
Format and style content consistently according to brand guidelines and industry standards
Graphics and Images: Incorporate images, illustrations, charts, and other visual elements into layouts
Ensure high-quality resolution and proper placement of graphics within the design
Document Conversion: Convert content from one format to another, such as from Word to PDF or from print to digital formats, while preserving the integrity of the layout and design
Proofreading and Quality Assurance: Review and proofread layouts to identify and correct any errors in spelling, grammar, or design
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
File Management: Organize and manage digital files and assets, including fonts, images, and templates, to maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow
Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, marketing teams, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and deliver high-quality layouts within specified timelines
Printing and Production: Prepare files for printing, including ensuring proper color profiles, resolution, and bleed
Communicate with printing vendors and oversee the production process to ensure accurate and high-quality printed materials

Stay updated with the latest software features and enhancements
