Job Title: Marketing Head (Corporate)


Location: Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun


Position Summary: The Marketing Head (Corporate) will be responsible for driving corporate marketing initiatives for GEIMS as a 900+ bed super-specialty hospital. The role involves strategizing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at corporate clients, healthcare providers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to promote GEIMS's healthcare services. This position will focus on corporate tie-ups, patient referrals, brand development, and strengthening the hospital's presence in the corporate healthcare market.


Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives focusing on corporate healthcare services, including corporate tie-ups, health packages, and partnerships with organizations.
    • Collaborate with corporate clients, insurance companies, and TPAs to bring in a steady stream of referred patients.
    • Promote GEIMSs comprehensive range of medical services, focusing on super-specialty treatments, patient care, and healthcare excellence.



Brand Development and Corporate Relations:

    • Build and strengthen the hospitals brand presence in the corporate sector by promoting GEIMSs specialized healthcare services.
    • Establish and manage relationships with corporate HR departments, insurance companies, and government health schemes (CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat) to drive patient referrals.
    • Organize corporate health check-ups, wellness programs, and awareness campaigns to build stronger ties with businesses and organizations.

Corporate Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and secure partnerships with corporate clients and government agencies for healthcare services, including annual health packages, employee wellness programs, and medical screenings.
    • Develop marketing materials targeting corporate clients to position GEIMS as a top-tier healthcare provider for businesses in the region.

B2B Marketing and Referrals:

    • Drive B2B marketing campaigns targeting third-party administrators (TPAs), corporate health clients, and other institutional partners to increase the hospital's patient base.
    • Foster relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to drive high-value referrals for GEIMS.

Event Planning and Networking:

    • Plan and execute corporate engagement events such as healthcare seminars, health camps, and medical screenings for organizations to promote GEIMS's services.
    • Represent GEIMS at corporate healthcare events, expos, and networking forums to promote the hospital's expertise in super-specialty care.

Digital and Offline Marketing:


    • Lead corporate-focused digital marketing strategies, including targeted online campaigns, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other B2B marketing tools.
    • Ensure the hospitals website and online presence reflect its corporate healthcare services, facilitating easier communication and engagement with corporate clients.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct regular market research to identify trends in corporate healthcare needs, patient expectations, and competitors’ offerings.
    • Utilize data to refine marketing strategies, ensuring GEIMS remains competitive and relevant in the corporate healthcare market.

Team Management and Collaboration:

    • Manage a team of marketing professionals responsible for implementing corporate marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Clinical Teams, to ensure smooth execution of corporate marketing campaigns.

Budget and Performance Management:

    • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve maximum ROI for corporate marketing efforts.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet corporate sales targets and increase patient footfall from corporate channels.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field with at least 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, B2B, or corporate marketing.
  • Proven track record in building corporate partnerships, managing corporate clients, and driving patient referrals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in building relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, B2B strategies, and corporate health services promotion.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
