Tradologie - CGI Graphic Designer (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a talented CGI Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-generated imagery (CGI) and graphic design, with the ability to produce high-quality visuals, animations, and 3D models. The designer will work on a variety of projects including advertising, marketing materials, digital content, and multimedia presentations, using cutting-edge software and tools to create compelling designs that engage audiences.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

a. Create CGI Artwork: Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering for various projects, ensuring designs align with the creative vision.

b. Visual Storytelling: Design visually engaging graphics for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, translating ideas into visually impactful concepts.

c. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other designers, art directors, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency across projects.

d. Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure that all CGI graphics align with the brand's guidelines and creative direction.

e. 3D Modeling and Animation: Create and animate 3D objects and environments for use in advertisements, videos, websites, and other digital media.

f. Render and Optimize Graphics: Perform rendering of final CGI files while optimizing them for performance, quality, and platform specifications.

g. Innovative Design: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques to continually enhance the quality of CGI work.

h. Client Presentation: Assist in presenting designs to clients, ensuring that all feedback is addressed and the final product meets or exceeds expectations.

i. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

a. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

b. Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CGI design, graphic design, or related creative fields.

Key Skills

A. Technical Skills:

a. Proficient in CGI software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D.

b. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

c. Familiarity with rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift.

d. Understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation principles.

e. Experience with video editing and compositing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).

- Strong artistic ability and a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Experience with graphic design and layout for digital and print media.
