Role:

Neo Group is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to produce high-quality, engaging content for a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in editing short-form videos, such as reels, is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in creating engaging, high-quality reels optimized for platforms like Instagram and similar social media channels. This includes a strong understanding of trends, pacing, transitions, and storytelling techniques that resonate with target audiences
• Edit and create engaging and visually appealing videos for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Design and create graphics and visual content for social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with Neo Groups brand and messaging.
• Ensure all final products are of the highest quality and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience in video editing/graphic design.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong skills in video editing using Windows-based software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Pinnacle Studio
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English

Education:

A bachelor's degree is not required for this role, but equivalent experience in a related field will be considered.
