Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to produce high-quality graphics that communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email newsletters, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding materials, including logos, business cards, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing layouts and graphics for both online and offline mediums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
• Review final designs and ensure they meet the companys visual standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to consistently innovate and bring fresh ideas.
• Prepare and deliver print-ready files for production.
• Edit and enhance images, photos, and other digital assets.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
• Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Solid experience in UX/UI design and a good understanding of web design principles.
• Ability to conceptualise creative ideas and transform them into visually stunning designs.
• Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present designs effectively to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
