Graphic Designer – Brand ( Marketing Team / SaaS product-based )

We are looking for a creative graphic designer to join our brand team at iMocha. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail oriented, creative, and proficient at using design tools and AI to create visually appealing and impactful designs.

You will work closely with the brand manager, as well as content and website teams to create designs for digital that align with our brand identity.

Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
Ideate and create innovative and visually appealing designs for various projects, including social media, website, emailers and branding material (print).
Create multi-format designs including vector based, illustrations, short videos and GIFs for digital.
Should be capable of repurposing given content into a variety formats i.e. Carousel Posts and infographics.
Work on branding material such as flexes, standees, tent-cards, and other corporate templates for events and trade-shows.
Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, including setting timelines, coordinating with team members, and meeting deadlines.
Develop a deep understanding of the product and solution to create graphics that can effectively convey complex ideas, messages, and information to our target audience visually.
Create detailed mock-ups from the backend solution for website & advertising as per requirement.
Utilize design software and tools proficiently, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Be flexible and adaptable, ready to work on a variety of design projects across different mediums and industries.
Innovate new ideas for branding elements, keeping the companys visuals fresh and current, and stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and tools to keep designs modern and relevant.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
Adept at Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
