Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative projects and push the boundaries of visual storytelling. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong design aesthetic, and the ability to mentor junior designers while executing high-quality designs across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design process from concept to execution for branding, advertising, and digital media.
• Create compelling visuals for social media, websites, print materials, packaging, and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team, marketing team, and clients to develop visually effective campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs while experimenting with new creative ideas.
• Provide art direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to junior designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools.
• Ensure all designs align with client requirements and project objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital designs.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
